how to put in a new earring in cartilage piercing! (it's all healed)?
I got my right ear cartilage pierced back in october, and have recently been trying new earrings. yes, i got i pierced by a professional, and had a stainless steel hoop with captive ball in there. By luck, i got that one out, and I was able to get a twist earring in, but I can't get a normal hoop with captive ball back in! I have the right gauge and size and everything (caused i asked when i got it pierced) but I can't get the hoop IN the piercing - it's like my ear is too big 
Is there some trick to getting these in and out, or do I have to go have the place change it when I want a new one? Thanks in advance for the advice!
the twist earring kind of made your hole crooked. what you should do is what ever you have in now put neosporin on your new earring attach the ends and as you take one hoop out follow with the new one. if its too big the changed might be like 4/9 or 2/9 or something ive had that before... i have a 16 g so try to find the exact one you got pierced with they some times vary good luck!
