Hands down the Saeco Aroma is a better machine - but you pay for the difference - $379 for Saeco Aroma vs. $150 for the delonghi. Saeco has pro sized protafilter and Steel Body + overall better build and performance. you can buy a gaggia espresso for $200 and that is a compromise between the two.
