Officially addicted…

So I just got the Wii and Wii Fit, and I just wanted to say that I LOVE it! I have had the system for one week, and I have used it every single day so far. I am really impressed with the games offered, and it makes exercising really fun! What’s even better is they track your progress, weight, and BMI. You can even set goals for yourself, such as how many pounds you want to lose. Another thing I really like about it is that the more you play, the more new games become available. I think it is a really great tool for people who want to work out from home but don’t have that motivation to do crunches or follow an aerobics video. The Wii has four different types of exercises, including strength training, balance exercises, yoga, and aerobics, and if you get really good at some of the exercises it unlocks more reps or a challenge, where you can try to beat your trainer. And while I am having fun with it, I am curious to see if it actually provides real results. I will keep you all updated if/when I reach my goals!
